Laguna is a multifamily residential building located in the heart of Gibraltar, currently under construction. The development has a total built area of 5,271 m² distributed over 10 above-ground floors, and includes a landscaped podium of approximately 300 m² on the third floor.
The project follows a Design & Build contract model, with Techonis responsible for the engineering design and Situs Construction Ltd in charge of the construction execution.
All designs were developed using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, ensuring coordination across disciplines and enhancing efficiency throughout the construction phase.
